Located in an area of historical interest, the project brilliantly addresses the issue of environmental impact by employing an original underground solution whereby the traditional image of the shopping centre is transformed into a sort of green hill resting on a ceramic base. The porcelain stoneware surface of the external flooring, which features sophisticated geometric lines and the elegant colour contrast of black and white, creates a feeling of stability: it is a bold compositional element, one that defines walkways, relaxation areas and distribution spaces.
